The Professional Gardener’s Guild devised a recommendation salary guide for gardeners. I hear that the Royal Horticultural Society are going to be the first to try and bring their wages up to the mark, it would be nice to see the National Trust, English Heritage and certain Botanic Gardens to follow suit next to lead by example for the industry.
